Puppy Biting?

Did your cute, snuggly, perfect little puppy transform into a piranha, chomping on all skin and clothing within reach? Thankfully, it doesn’t have to stay that way.

Together we can decrease that bandaid bill! Did you know often a biting puppy is a tired puppy, just like an overtired human toddler? Let’s set up a routine so that your puppy is chewing on toys and chews, instead of fingers and toes.

“Rebecca listened to my fears about going from a geriatric dog to a puppy. Pearl learned quickly and so did I. I liked that she explained things as we went along and there was always follow up with emails about what we did and why they were important.”

Potty Training Troubles?

Are you frustrated about potty training accidents? Feeling like a failure because you take your puppy outside, they don’t potty, and when you bring them back inside, they immediately toilet inside?

This is actually a common occurrence! I will share skills so that you can be successful and relaxed, knowing there will be many fewer accidents to clean up.

At the end of 6 lessons we were shocked at how far our sweet puppy had come! No more accidents, better manners, learned to sit, come, and even wait at the open door until it was time to go outside. My two young daughters loved working with Rebecca too. She was patient with their questions and explained puppy logic in a way that they understood.”

Jumping?

Are you embarrassed by friends and family members complaining about your puppy jumping? Are you frustrated by muddy paws on your nice cloths?

Puppies quickly learn the fastest way to get your attention is by jumping up. Let’s teach your puppy polite ways to get your attention!

“Rebecca is an excellent dog and dog person trainer! She is all of the things you need in a trainer, and best of all, she comes to your own home to train! She is patient and kind, and just when I get discouraged with what my puppy is or is not doing, she shows me the way.”

At what age can we start training?

I work with puppies as young as 9 weeks old, as long as they have had at least their first set of shots.  Proof of age-appropriate vaccines is required before lessons start.
